    LOVE THEM! They helped my husband lose 25lbs and my mother lose 20lbs. Neither had ever managed to lose weight and keep it off, but it has seemed almost effortless. My mother says its the first diet that doesn't feel like a diet once she got used to how to choose what she should and shouldn't eat. My husband stopped snoring within days of starting the diet due to reduced inflammation in his body because he wasn't consuming so many sugars/carbs. It has really seemed miraculous to me. I am so grateful for the work that these doctors do and at such a reasonable cost. In addition, they are very caring and understanding.
