  This is a situation where the word "NO" should have been used when I asked if he and his guys could replace my insulation for me. I'm not a handy guy whatsoever and am the first to admit it. I just had a new A/C unit put in about a month before they came, which was working beautifully. Roger's guys came in and cleaned up the old insulation and blew in the new.
  #1 They blew in too much insulation
  #2 Roger's guys climbed over my Plenum instead of going around it and made it drop at an angle and tore holes in it.
  #3 They messed up multiple pieces of duct-work as well.
  #4 The same guy who my guess is climbed over my Plenum stuck his foot through the Sheetrock of my ceiling, took no responsibility, and had another guy on his team fix it (Who was the only nice guy and did a great patch job).
  
  This should of been a case where Roger should have said "No" when I asked if his guys did insulation or not as his crew had no regard for my property.
  
  This was done about a year ago and I didn't really find out about the issues until a month and a half ago since my AC was doing a good job despite it actually air conditioning my attic.
  
  This has cost me a couple of grand to get the plenum repaired and the duct-work redone.
  
  I would recommend keeping Roger and his team to strictly doing inside the house work.
  
  Extremely Disappointing!
